OUR VILLAS

Our villas sit close to the coastline of Agioi Apostoloi. The bright open spaces of the buildings made of glass steel and concrete, focus on a contemporary lifestyle. The open space blurs the interior and exterior boundaries, whether it's the double height living area or the bedrooms. The seamless incorporation of physical or visual transitions from the inside to the outside, results in every interior point having views to the gardens and the infinity pools.The villas are split over two levels. The ground floor is made up of a double height living area (with a high end 55'' 4K satellite TV+ Netflix+ surround sound system), a dining room suitable for all guests, a kitchen, a guest bathroom and one bedroom.

The ground floor is completely transparent, exhibiting an 11 m. wide sliding window system, removing the need for enclosures. A suspended steel and glass staircase leads to the upper floor with an opening- ventilated skylight along it, expanding upwards towards the sky. At night, the space is lit up inside and out, exhibiting openness and clarity - characteristics that represent contemporary architecture at its best. The design with no boundaries intends to epitomize a minimalistic, yet very functional and luxurious living with nothing left to strip away.
